How we store your personal information

· Your information is stored securely.

· We keep your personal information only for the period of which it is required to carry out your work, plus one year after work has ceased unless you contact us and specifically ask for it to be removed. Personal information is stored on a password protected computer and access is only by Vicky Kangurs of Tabby Tiger.

· Information such as name, email address and phone numbers that were provided when contacting us by email will be kept in a password protected email account.

· When information that is held on a computer or in an email account is no longer required, we will dispose of it through a deletion process.
